If you’re an adrenaline junkie and love sports games, Trail Xtreme 2 Winter is the app designed to speak straight to your gaming needs. With speed, controls, bikes and adventure, you’ll never put this one down.

One of the most promising things about this app is that as you open it, you are asked whether you prefer tilt control or buttons. I think this is a very handy extra detail added by the developers, giving the users a bit of choice and variety when it comes to controlling their Android app. What’s more is that once you start the game, you can completely customize it with ‘Options’, setting the effects, music and controls.

Once you start the game, you’ll find the graphics and images quite detailed and effective. If you fall off of your bike, sparks will fly and while you’re riding, you’ll pass beautiful landscapes with trees, homes and even snow. My favourite part of about this app is that when I fell off of the bike on a slope, I actually rolled back down it. This made the app seem very realistic and effective.

This app takes bike gaming to a whole new level where you have to find the biker’s balance and control the speed as you navigate slopes, hills, twists and turns. There are also exploding barrels that will keep your heart racing along with a ton of obstacles to overcome as you race against the clock. The obstacles are also very realistic with objects like tires, planks and ramps in your way. It is a challenging game, designed to test your patience and if you can keep your cool under pressure.

The aim of the game is to collect the stars, unlocking more levels as you go along. This provides a fantastic incentive to continue playing this addictive game as you want to keep climbing the levels and overcoming the challenges. With 30 levels to get through in an icy landscape, you won’t lose interest very easily. You’ll also be determined to unlock the next level.

Another promising feature from the developers is that they’ve added a whole range of languages for users, making it a lot more appealing to the whole world as a game. French, German, Turkish, Korean, Russian and Spanish have all been included to ensure that the game is as user-friendly as possible.

The only downside to this app is that the advertisements on the corner of the screen can get a bit distracting while you are trying to race like a biking champion, but the app is for free, which the user needs to bear in mind.

I would give Trail Xtreme 2 Winter a 4-star rating and recommend anyone that likes thrilling speed games or bikes check it out. You can download it here from Google Play. It takes a little while to download because of the size, but is totally worth it.
